Chick Delano is certainly a familiar face in Amherst, he opened the Amherst Deli in 1974, and has owned Delano’s Restaurant for the past 27 years, a past President of the Amherst Chamber of Commerce, and has served on the Parking Garage Committee, and the 4th of July Parade Committee. He is also past President of the Massachusetts Restaurant Association, and a member of the Board of Directors for Liquor Liability Joint Underwrites Association.
In his free time Chick enjoys golfing, swimming, traveling, cooking, and spending time with his children: Laura, Sara, Cassy, Jason & Harry.
